My target during my stay at Waterford Viking Hotel was to have a delightful Thanksgiving holiday. I must say, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were airy and bright, with amazingly comfortable beds that provided for a great night's sleep. The staff, especially John Paul in the bar/restaurant, were friendly and went out of their way to assist. The immaculate cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was truly commendable. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet with crispy croissants. My experience at Waterford Viking Hotel was exceptional, and I am grateful for such a wonderful stay.
